Basic home mead making class. Learn about how to make a small batch of mead, the equipment needed, and the techniques for ensuring success. Each participant will take home a one-gallon batch of mead to finish at home.
Intermediate home mead making class all about Traditional meads. Learn all the details for making a great tasting mead using just honey, water, and yeast and how those ingredients can change the flavors.
