In this new intermediate class, we will talk about how to make a good traditional mead. It’s harder than many people think to create an environment that will keep yeast happy. Participants will be tasting honeys, varietal traditional meads, and a yeast experiment to see how the decision of ingredients can impact the finished mead.

Sunday, July 29th, is International Tiger Day! We're celebrating all weekend with our friends from Carolina Tiger Rescue by making some drinks - Bengal Tiger Sangria - and some donations! All weekend, $2 from each glass of sangria sold will go to help out our fuzzy friends at Carolina Tiger Rescue! We hope you'll help us help them to continue the great work they do for these amazing animals!
