“Pepperfest is one of The Plant’s oldest and most beloved traditions. For nearly two decades, this celebration has brought together growers, makers, chefs, and pepper lovers to honor one of the world’s most versatile ingredients. From sweet peppers to serious heat, Pepperfest showcases the creativity and agricultural spirit that define our community.
Peppers are part of The Plant’s story. The smoky, heat-free aji dulce tobago pepper used in Fair Game’s Flying Pepper Vodka was originally developed on a farm right here on campus. Today, those peppers are grown just across the road at Little Pond Gardens. Pepperfest celebrates that connection between growers, makers, and the foods and drinks we love.”
