An Intro to Bookbinding and Book Art

What goes together better than Starrlight and a good book? Starrlight and making your own book! Join Pittsboro book artist Josh Hockensmith (Blue Bluer Books) for an afternoon of basic bookbinding demos and activities. You’ll learn about basic principles, materials, and tools of bookbinding through hands-on activities. Materials and instruction will be provided to make your own accordion book, sewn pamphlets, and a fun, combined structure called a dos-à-dos book.

Registration: $45 for one person, $30 for each additional member of a party. You must sign everyone in a party up together to get the group price!

Includes all materials and one drink.
